Shipping cost
The possible delivery options with shipping costs for your order are displayed on the website when you reach the order conclusion. The options are adjusted automatically based on the products you have added to the shopping cart.
Mode of delivery
Hansenracing.se uses a freight forwarder who is instructed in the order completion or pick-up in the store.
Social security number
In connection with your registration, we sometimes use your social security number to check your credit status and address. The credit information we provide to you is not registered in any public registers and is therefore not visible to other companies or individuals.
Delivery time
If the Customer's order only contains stock items and is completed on a weekday before 12:00, it will normally be sent to the Customer on the same day. If the order only contains stock items and is placed on a public holiday or weekday after 12:00, it will normally be sent from us the following weekday.
The current delivery time for each individual stock item / order item is specified in the order conclusion on the website. We are not responsible for delays in deliveries caused by the forwarder.
Deliveries outside Sweden
Hansenracing.se only delivers within Sweden's borders.
Dangerous goods
All goods sent from Hansenracing.se must be handled correctly and sent with a suitable mode of transport. Some products can only be picked up in the store.
Packages that are not picked up
For all packages that have not been picked up, Hansenracing.se charges a fee. The fee corresponds to the actual costs for shipping and return shipping, plus SEK 195 in handling costs. The cost is normally settled on the Customer's order with Klarna, or alternatively sent as an invoice.
Do not send advances
We do not take responsibility for, for example, money, checks and stamps sent in letters.
Ordering
Ordering is done on the website: www.Hansenracing.se.
The customer must be 18 years of age to pay by invoice or installment. For card purchases, it only applies that the card is unlocked for online shopping, or has a company.
Hansenracing.se's business concept is based on Service, Knowledge & Quality, with as many goods as possible in stock for the fastest possible delivery to the customer.
After the Customer has placed an order on Hansenracing.se, an order confirmation is sent directly to the Customer's email address with information about the order.
